If you are near Bebek definitely visit Baylan Pastanesi not just because it has a great view of the Bosphorus from its terrace, but also because it offers a variety of delights. This famous dish was ice-cream topped with caramel and biscuits. If you ignore the fact that the top looked like a sunny-side-up egg, it tasted great. A bit pricey but worth to try.
